Meet Sadat Abdul Karim
Sadat Abdul Karim is a higher education professional dedicated to fostering safe, inclusive, and student-centered residential communities. As the Assistant Coordinator for Center Management (ACCM) at Wilkie Center, he oversees residence hall operations, supervises Resident Assistants, supports student well-being, and responds to student concerns and crises while ensuring compliance with university policies.
In addition to managing daily residential operations, Sadat contributes to budget administration, operational planning, staff development, and student engagement initiatives. He works collaboratively with colleagues to cultivate culturally responsive living-learning environments that promote equity, diversity, inclusion, and student success. Guided by a passion for student development and community building, he is committed to creating meaningful residential experiences that empower students to thrive academically and personally.
